A monthly group movement journey inwards to deep sensory-space... guided by my singing-song, drum, rattles, singing bowls and other instruments, providing a skeleton narrative to wrap with your own flesh. Your voice is also invited, if it wants to unfurl and weave expression from your own inner sounding-scapes too.

A ritually guided group space to explore our embodied experience of being alive together right now and move into response-ability with the issues of our times through circles of listening and expression, guided movement and meditation exercises and simple potent ceremony.

EARTH HONOURING AND FEEDING OF TINY BEINGS

Offerings of beauty to Earth through the creation of a gorgeous mandala, which also provide extra food for tiny creatures in the bare season of Winter in this beautiful afternoon of play and reverence for all the family.

We'll feel into our own unique inner form and mythos, and also explore the exponential magic of moving together as a collective, finding the ways we can be helping, supporting and honouring each other in all our most beautiful and potent beingness.

FIRE IN THE WOODS : Re-WILDING THE BODY AND VOICE

Midsummer Solstice camp-out in 800 acres of beautiful woodland in north Norfolk, with a full programme of vocal and bodywork, re-wilding us into our natural authentic deep-rooted earth soul. Fully catered with glorious vegan feasting throughout.

A beautiful day of moving outdoors and connecting with the wild animals of a glorious living woodland. Relaxing into opening the wholebody sensing of energies of place and the creatures that dwell there. For anyone interested in finding power and vitality, opening up new senses, discovering ways to overcome impossible problems or fears, embodying wild powers, connecting with community and the body wisdom intelligence of animals.
One day workshop, with fire, feasting, storytelling and song.

Gathering round a huge and beautiful fire under the gentle watchful presence of the tall pines in the woods, we'll remember and honour our ancestors together with stories and sharing and offerings to the dead, the fire and the night.

HEART SONG. Monthly, evening gathering 
Drumming, freeform dancing/movement, listening circle and voice/toning playful exploration space. A growing and deepening community of beautiful heart tribe. Sacred space to explore whatever is moving within us, together. A place for sadness, joy, grief, rage, playfulness, ridiculousness... whatever spontaneously arises that can be safely held by the group.

SINGING OVER THE BONES. Monthly, evening gathering 
Exploring the embodiment of folk and faery tales in a ritually held group of up to 12 movers. Allowing your own unique movement and voice to come forth in whatever way emerges and feels comfortable.

FAMILY HEART SONG AND COMMUNITY LUNCH FEAST. Monthly, morning gathering
Drumming, freeform dancing/movement, listening circle and voice/toning gathering for all the family, with shared lunch feasting together afterwards.
